WASTER, LEAN MANUFACTURING
Our production process is waste-free. All scraps and excess materials are kept free from contaminants and sent through our Microplast Recycling Process. Additionally, our recycling, molding, and shut-down procedures enable zero emission of chlorine gas. POST-CONSUMER RECYCLING PROGRAM If you return your well-loved and worn Okabashis to our factory, we will recycle them. Returns that are free from contamination are recycled for use in new Okabashi products. Returns with contaminants are processed and recycled for use in non-apparel goods. |
